How Skincareful builds its ingredient guidance.
Skincareful is published by HuFi LLC. The public library turns a finite set of sourced ingredient rules into plain-language pages; it does not generate a new compatibility answer for each visitor.

What has to be true before a rule appears.
- 01Both ingredients must resolve to consistent names and one canonical page URL.
- 02The relationship must have a supported classification and a plain-language explanation.
- 03At least one citation must be recorded, and the rule must be marked clear for public use.
- 04Records with unresolved data-quality or audit issues stay out of the public library.
A confidence summary, with limits left visible.
Evidence labels summarize the backing record. They are not a claim that every pair has been tested together in a clinical trial, so the source list and explanation matter more than the label by itself.
Strong
The highest relative evidence label used by the current public library. Readers should still inspect the citation to see whether it directly studies the pair, supports one ingredient, or provides official usage guidance.
Moderate
The middle evidence label used by the current public library. The source and explanation should make the limits of the conclusion visible rather than asking the label to carry the claim alone.
Limited
The public label for records stored with anecdotal evidence. Treat it as context to investigate, not a settled clinical conclusion or a prediction of how your skin will respond.
How to read an ingredient page
General guidance first
A pair page describes the documented relationship in general. Formula, strength, frequency, the rest of a routine, prescriptions, and individual tolerance can change what is appropriate.
Sources stay inspectable
Citations appear with each rule, and a source opens directly when a verified URL is available. A citation without a link should still contain enough publication detail to locate it.
Guidance should be traceable and correctable.
